Project Overview
The Association of Central Oklahoma Governments (ACOG) has received a $65,572 grant from the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) to take the first step toward developing a Regional Solid Waste Management (SWM) Plan for Central Oklahoma (Canadian, Cleveland, Logan, Oklahoma, Grady, Lincoln, McClain, and Pottawatomie Counties).
This project will help local governments work together to improve how our region handles waste collection, recycling, and long-term waste reduction.
How to Participate
We want to hear from you! Share your experiences, challenges, and ideas about solid waste, recycling, and disposal in your community. Your input will directly shape the Regional Solid Waste Management Plan.
